RECALL NOTICE: SWING BELT SEATS

On March 12,2026 the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of commercial playground swing set seats sold by LFTE USA, Inc. of Cary, NC.

What’s happening?

The issue involves potential rivet failure, causing the seat to detach while in use, posing a fall risk and potential injury to children.

What product is recalled?

This recall involves the Playground Swing Set Seats sold as part of assembled playground sets. Including the following:

  • Colors: black, blue, green, red, tan, and yellow colors.
  • Marked with the code “LF-65708” on the seat pad part
  • Only model number 999604 is included in the recall.

What should you do?

If you have an affected swing seat:

  1. Remove the seat from service immediately.
  2. Contact recall@lfteusa.com to request a free replacement swing.
  3. Inform your team and inspect swings in your inventory.
