The Delaware Valley Health Trust Wellness Team is excited to announce the launch of the new Wellness Submission Portal, making it easier than ever for enrollees and covered spouses to submit documentation for eligible wellness incentives and reimbursement requests.

Designed to create a more convenient and efficient experience, the secure online portal allows participants to upload required documentation electronically, reducing paperwork and simplifying the submission process. Users can also benefit from improved tracking of their requests and a streamlined system built with ease of use in mind.
The new portal supports submissions for eligible wellness incentives and reimbursements offered through the Delaware Valley Health Trust Wellness Program. By moving to an online platform, participants can complete the process anytime and from anywhere, helping them take full advantage of available wellness benefits.
To ensure a smooth transition, traditional submission methods will remain available through January 15, 2027. Participants may continue to submit documentation by email, fax, or mail during this period.
