The EAP program is designed to help members lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. Enrollees and their covered dependents are eligible for up to five (5) free sessions as well as a vast library of online resources.

Members of our Workers’ Compensation and Property & Liability Trusts enjoy easy access to experienced risk control professionals who diligently work to safeguard employees and minimize the frequency and severity of covered losses. Our expert team utilizes a suite of practical and effective interventions that include training, education, audits, inspections, industrial hygiene evaluations, pre-operational hazard reviews, and model policies/procedures.

Members are carefully matched with a lead consultant who can address day-to-day risk control needs and incorporate innovative programs designed to proactively identity vulnerabilities before they result in a loss. Members can also easily access other value-added benefits, such as our unique risk control grant program, that will help manage even the most challenging exposures.
Training & Events
The Delaware Valley Trusts Training Program enhances member performance and reduces risk through awareness and skill development. DVT believes that investing in the ongoing development of employees and volunteers has many benefits including fewer injuries and illnesses, better labor relations, greater operational efficiency, improved mental and physical well-being, fewer property and liability losses, and fewer citizen complaints.
As a value-added benefit of membership, DVT offers training resources on hundreds of topics, most at no (or minimal) cost, including risk reduction, injury and illness prevention, employee health and wellness, leadership and supervisor coaching, and computer skills.
