Montgomery County Library & Information Network Consortium (MCLINC) has made each application to the Delaware Valley Health Trust with a proposed effective date of February 1, 2026. The Montgomery County Consortium has 3 full-time employees. More information regarding MCLINC can be found at www.mclinc.org.
